    Yes, we move on weekends and public holidays, but there’s a 1.5x charge for public holidays.
  • How do I pay? Do I need to put down a deposit?
    We accept PayNow, PayLah, cash, or bank transfer. A $100 deposit is required when you confirm your booking.
  • Do you offer fixed or standard pricing?
    Our prices are quoted according to specific details of your move, such as how long you might need and how many items you have, ensuring that you get an all-inclusive price for all your moving needs.
  • What happens if it rains on moving day?
    If it’s a light drizzle, we’ll keep going. If there’s a heavy downpour, we’ll wait until it’s safe to continue.
  • Will there be any site or survey visit, and will I have to pay for it?
    All of our moving services in Singapore include a complimentary onsite assessment. We offer it for free and as a no-commitment service to provide you with the most accurate quotation.
  • How will my fragile items be handled during the move?
    Don’t worry, our team knows how to handle fragile items with care. We will wrap everything in bubble wrap and packing paper, so your belongings stay safe throughout the move.
